Terms of Service

Welcome to Moore Momentum, a 5-day live coaching challenge created by Ryan Moore (“we,” “our,” “us”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The Service
Moore Momentum is a free, time-bound educational event held April 20–24, 2026, delivered through video, email, WhatsApp, and live sessions. Related materials (workbook, recordings, access to our community groups) are provided to registered participants.
2. No Guarantees / Educational Purpose
Moore Momentum is educational and personal-development content. It is not financial, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application. We make no guarantees of income, personal outcomes, or specific results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register.
4. Intellectual Property
All content — text, video, audio, images, workbook, recordings, methodology — is the property of Ryan Moore and is protected by copyright. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the content without our written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other participants.
- Share, record, or redistribute session materials without permission.
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any law.
- Attempt to disrupt the Service or interfere with other users.
We may remove participants who violate these terms from live sessions, community groups, and email lists.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may include links to third-party websites, platforms (Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp), or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryan Moore and his affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other participants or the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
